Calgary’s Steeper Energy Canada Ltd. awarded $175,000 Industrial Research Assistance Program Grant

Calgary Alberta – April 1, 2014 – Steeper Energy Canada Ltd., a Danish-Canadian clean-fuel company, has been awarded a $175,000 grant from the Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP) of Canada’s National Research Council. The project, “Advancing Hydrofaction™ scale up and understanding the compatibility of Hydrofaction™ Oil with the Alberta Petroleum infrastructure”, to be carried out in the 2014 fiscal year and is targeted at addressing technical risks in Steeper’s planned pre-commercial plant in northern Alberta.
